Alvino arrived in Naples in 1982 and worked in the hospitality sector until 1991, when he made a pivotal decision to pursue a career in the plumbing trade. He quickly developed a deep passion for the craft while working for a local plumbing company, where he was mentored by Marty Dennis. Marty not only taught him the trade but also challenged him to grow into a leader.
In 2001, driven by determination and supported by key individuals, Alvino founded his own company—Classic Diamond Plumbing (CDP)—serving the heart of Naples and Marco Island, FL. What started as a bold risk has grown into a respected business known for its quality craftsmanship and integrity.
Alvino is the proud father of three daughters, all now accomplished professionals. His vision is to position CDP as a premier, high-end plumbing contractor serving Southwest Florida.
A devoted Catholic with strong moral values, Alvino lives his life guided by faith, generosity, and service. In 2008, he became a kidney donor, a selfless act that reflects his deep commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, soccer, and spending time with friends and fellow contractors. He is passionate about giving back to the community, regularly supporting senior citizens and donating to youth sports programs. His wife is not only his life partner but also his greatest source of strength and inspiration.
Luz is the wife of Alvino and the founder of Classic Diamond Plumbing. She is also a very proud mother of three accomplished daughters. Luz moved to Naples in 1990. She completed her secondary education in Mexico and began her career in the accounting department at CDP from its inception in 2001. She is now focused on finance and administration, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, where she oversees accounting audits and reconciliations. A devoted Catholic, she lives by strong values and principles. She is known for her dedication and leadership within the community and actively participates in her local church and faith-based events. In her free time, she enjoys reading and regularly participates in 5K walks to stay active and balanced.
Damian Cobham is the General Manager, Licensed Plumbing Contractor, and Senior Estimator at Classic Diamond Plumbing, proudly serving the Naples, Florida region and greater Southwest Florida. With experience spanning back to 2004, Damian has been a key part of the Classic Diamond Plumbing family — contributing nearly two decades of hands-on plumbing, project management, and leadership expertise.
Damian specializes in custom plumbing systems, new construction, and green energy-efficient commercial projects, with a deep focus on delivering code-compliant, high-performance plumbing solutions for multifamily and commercial buildings.
In addition to being a Florida Licensed Plumbing Contractor, Damian holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and a Construction Quality Management certificate from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers — credentials that reflect his commitment to precision, professionalism, and quality control.
Known for his charisma, humble leadership style, and high-energy “we can do it all” mindset, Damian brings a collaborative and positive approach to every project. His attention to detail, combined with a passion for excellence, helps drive consistent results and long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, Damian is deeply rooted in his community. He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and actively supports his local church and neighborhood through service and volunteer efforts.
It’s been an incredible few months since Becca Danner joined our team in January 2025 as our Office Manager, and she’s already made a significant impact!
With 10 years of customer service and 5 years of office management under her belt, Becca masterfully handles our daily operations, HR, and financial tasks. This includes overseeing payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable. Her expertise keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Beyond her impressive skills, Becca’s happy and cheerful demeanor is a wonderful addition to our office culture.
When she’s not ensuring our operations are seamless, Becca is dedicated to coaching softball and enjoys getting crafty. We’re also proud to share that Becca is a US Army Veteran and a mom.

A mother of two, Jenn finds joy in nurturing life both in her garden and through the timeless craft of sewing. When she’s not tending to her plants or creating with fabric, you’ll likely find this dedicated veterans’ supporter embracing the open road on a motorcycle.
Jenn joined the Classic Diamond Plumbing Family in February 2025. Jenn is the friendly voice you often hear answering the phone, expertly directing calls and handling inquiries with efficiency and grace. She’s also a master of scheduling, keeping our calendars running smoothly and ensuring everyone stays on track with their appointments. Beyond the phone lines and calendar management, Jenn plays a crucial role in keeping our office organized. She expertly manages both our electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring that important information is always accessible and well-maintained.
With over 28 years of experience in the plumbing world, Dave has been a go-to expert since moving to Naples in 1997. He’s done it all, from selling products to hands-on installation and service.
Dave’s impressive knack for troubleshooting and fabrication truly sets him apart. For the past 13 years, he’s been a valuable asset to Classic Diamond Plumbing, serving as a General Manager/Estimator and Service/Trim Phase Supervisor. This builds on his prior experience in inside plumbing sales, making him a well-rounded and knowledgeable professional.
Jose Luviano is the Field Supervisor at Classic Diamond Plumbing, overseeing all aspects of rough-in operations with precision and leadership. With over 25 years of plumbing experience, Jose brings deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project he leads.
Jose played a key role as Lead Plumber on one of the company’s largest and most prestigious water-efficiency projects — a high-profile installation for the U.S. National Parks in Washington, D.C., located in our nation’s capital. His work on that job exemplifies his commitment to quality, code compliance, and sustainable plumbing practices.
Known for his attention to detail, craftsmanship, and dedication to excellence, Jose sets a high standard in the field. His ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results makes him an essential part of Classic Diamond Plumbing’s success.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys long walks with his family and dogs and is a devoted Catholic, bringing the same integrity and values to his personal life as he does to the job site.
